[The Video cuts on to show Shinjiro actually smiling. He's sitting back on his bed and there's an excited bark from off screen, then a fluffy dog bounds up on to the bed next to him. He laughs and starts scratching behind his ears.]

I guess this thing ain't so bad. [An excited yip.] He can't stay. I know, but that don't mean we can't have fun, right?

(OOC: His friends made him happy, eway. God help him.)

[She actually laughs at that. This is the most she's laughed in forever.] It's cute in a way though, isn't it? [She figures he might get the part she's left unsaid: like a puppy.]
