[Shinjiro walks from his closet into the view of the camera carrying what looks like a webcam. He heaves a sigh and tosses the thing on his bed and picks up the device...

...and swears under his breath when he notices it's already on.]

Fine, smartass. You wanna turn on? Tch. Whatever.

[His eyes focus on the feed finally.]

Yuu, thanks. You know why.

[There's another, longer pause.]

So, a lotta people know this place makes you forget stuff, right? What do you guys do to try to remember?

Yeah. [He closes the notebook and tosses it on top of his desk after pushing the pen through the metal spring binding.]

[Shinji's going to be honest, he really wants to see what the roof of this place looks like.]

I was tired of being cooped up in here, so I've been outdoors a lot. There's a beach close by, you can walk there easily.

But you didn't look around the mansion.

I guess I just assumed it was like it was back home.

[ He heaves a sigh. Sixth floor. ] There ain't a mansion back home, Aki.

[These stairs are nothing to him. He may even be walking a little bit ahead of Shinjiro while scaling them. But not too far.]
